01. Check in and departure


You can check in from 3p.m. Of course you can leave your luggage before 3 p.m. and are welcome to stay in the restaurant or the beer garden.

Please leave your room key at reception until 10.30 a.m. the day of your departure.

02. Cancellations and charges


Cancellations are accepted only in written form. Here are the following cancellation fees:

    until 31 days before arrival no cancellation fee
    30 to 21 days before arrival 25% of the agreed price
    20 to 14 days before arrival 40% of the agreed price
    13-4 days before arrival 50% of the agreed price
    less than 4 days before arrival 80% of the agreed price
    no show 100% of the agreed price
    early departure we charge 80% of your stay.

03. What else

The parking lot at the inn “Lichtenhainer Wasserfall”is free for you to use.

For bikers and their bikes we offer a garage for free.
For your reservation we require a deposit of 100.00 EUR. Please transfer this after the reservation confirmation to the following account.

Television sets will be charged with a daily fee of 2.50 EUR.

The lending of walking sticks is free.

Unbreakable thermos bottles (deposit 15, - EUR) can be rented free of charge. On request, we also provide lunch packs. Dogs are not allowed.
